You don't walk around with your hand out, filming yourself, saying absolutely nothing. I'm sure in Kazakhstan doing that would be considered weird too, lol. Here in America people are skeptical with handshakes, not only because it could be dangerous(I’m sure you know why since this is America) but also because of whatever diseases going around too. It might just be my state but it’s awkward to give a hand shake especially to a stranger unless it’s like a car dealership person or wtv
