@Stan Andrews обезьянний кулак или как то так этот метод называется. Когда кладут камушек в кувшин, и обезьяна попадается в ловушку, так как из-за жадности не может отпустить его. И попадает в заклин в узком горлышке

这是中国2000年前就有这样的工艺了，很多建筑至今牢不可破，那时候没有水泥，缺少金属，木质结构的房屋承重梁都是这种工艺镶嵌，还有各种老式明清家具，都是这种工艺，整体非常结实耐用，这就是古人的智慧

No matter how many times I see this specific technique, it still always blows my mind that it's not used more often in modern construction. It is quite literally the single most perfect seamless joint I have ever seen. It's hidden and it's strong. Frankly it is also the most creative technique I've ever seen. I don't know what that technique is called or who invented it, but I think they deserve some kind of recognition for it.

It is a stopped Mortice & Tenon. There are variations of this joint depending what is being made. 🧐 🇬🇧🍻
